About the Recipe

This is such a great recipe for any occasion. It is easy to scale and make a large batch for parties or make a small batch for yourself to snack on during the week. Mix and match and find your favorite toppings - my go-to toppings are sliced strawberries and peanut butter! Plus you get the many benefits of chia seeds like fiber, omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants, and many needed minerals.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cacao powder or unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 4 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1 pinch sea salt

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
